Please note that the information in these documents are snapshots of a moment in time and may not reflect the current situation. While these documents state that a key result area was to “introduce legislation to repeal the Water Services Entities Act 2022” the actual repeal in the Water Services Acts Repeal Act 2024 was broader as the Water Services Legislation Act 2023, and the Water Services Economic Efficiency and Consumer Protection Act 2023 were repealed as well as the Water Services Entities Act 2022.
The Prime Minister used RAG (Red, Amber, Green) statuses to ensure readers have a clear understanding of how to interpret the information included in the tables in these documents. Green signifies completed actions, amber/orange signifies actions that were in progress, and red signifies actions where the delivery was either delayed or overdue.
Some parts of this information release would not be appropriate to release and, if requested, would be withheld under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). Where this is the case, the relevant section of the Act that would apply has been identified. Where information has been withheld, no public interest has been identified that would outweigh the reasons for withholding it.
