Greater Christchurch Group has released the report of a survey conducted by CERA of more than 2000 property owners who accepted a Crown offer to evaluate wellbeing outcomes, and to determine whether the Crown's recovery objectives had been met.
The survey and report were carried out by Nielsen Research.
