Version note:

This publication is part of the CabGuide.

The Cabinet room is generally not available for any other purpose aside from Cabinet meetings.

The Cabinet committee room (8.5) may be used for meetings of Ministers or officials (although Cabinet committee meetings will always take precedence).

The Cabinet committee room has video conferencing facilities and audio visual equipment for making presentations. Ministers’ offices who would like to book the Cabinet committee room should phone Cabinet Office reception (extension 9630). Charges may apply for technical support.
